The living roof was designed to replicate the Pacific coastal grasslands and comprise of over 20 West Coast indigenous species. Throughout the year, the plants and grasses go through their normal life cycle and naturally change in colour. We have an irrigation system in place with moisture sensors to ensure the roof is appropriately irrigated during warmer weather.
