So everyone has a safe and enjoyable shopping experience, please review the following guidelines before attending:
Please do not open any product packaging. If you have questions about an item, a member of the Premium Retail Group team will be happy to assist you.
Please do not sit on the floor or sort through items. We kindly ask that you only pick up items you intend to purchase.
Hours of operation are subject to change. Please plan accordingly and expect lineups during busy periods.
Strollers are not permitted inside the event space.
For the protection of merchandise. Premium Retail Group sales staff and security may inspect clothing, jackets, and bags upon exit of the event.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, the Vancouver Convention Centre and Premium Retail Group reserve the right to remove individuals whose behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of others, including theft, threats, or abusive language.
In cases of suspected theft, the Vancouver Police Department may be contacted.
Only the shopping bags provided by event staff may be used. Personal shopping bags will not be permitted inside the sale.
Video surveillance will be in operation throughout the event.
