2026 Milano Cortina Paralympic Games Celebrated with Cauldron Lighting at Vancouver Convention Centre
The Vancouver Convention Centre, in partnership with FortisBC, will mark the opening of the 2026 Milano Cortina Paralympic Games with a ceremonial lighting of the Olympic Cauldron in Jack Poole Plaza.
The cauldron lighting celebrates the extraordinary achievements and determination of Paralympic athletes and offers the community an opportunity to come together in the spirit of sport and inclusion.
Members of the public are invited to experience the cauldron’s glow and join in recognizing the power of Spirit in Motion.
